Wes is the former Chief Operating Officer at Neff Rental Inc. As COO, he was an integral part of the company growth and expansion, and eventual sale to United Rentals, where he went on to serve as Region Vice President until early 2019. He has a wide range of financial, operational, sales and fleet experience, as well as related due diligence and evaluation activities. Wes was also instrumental in developing and implementing a rate optimization program at Neff Rental. His combination of sales, management and executive experience with multiple top tier rental companies provides tremendous depth in these core competencies for P & P.

Tammy is a former Region Vice President at Neff Rental Inc. As Region Vice President, she led her team’s growth and expansion to become Neff’s most profitable region prior to the acquisition by United Rentals, where she served as a District Manager. She founded Neff’s industry-leading Equipment Operation and Application Training Program, as well as a Branch Manager Training Program for multiple regions. Her success in operations, sales and fleet management at top 10 rental companies provides valuable ground level guidance for P & P.
Together, Wes and Tammy created Neff Rental’s trench shoring model, which aligned with the company focus on earth moving equipment and created a new revenue stream by cross selling to existing customers. The model produced unmatched returns and expansion to multiple regions nationwide.
